The former Třebívlice estate was famous for its extraordinary gastronomy based on local ingredients. We are following in the footsteps of this tradition—the winery has two restaurants offering North Bohemian specialties, and we even have the great-granddaughter of Baroness Ulrike von Levetzow's chef on the team! It was she who saved the archived recipes that were once cooked at the chateau at the turn of the twentieth century.
